Taís Raiher joined SPURS/Humphrey from the City of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where she worked on evaluation methodology as the coordinator assistant at a slum upgrading program funded by the Inter-American Development Bank. She holds a BA in international relations, an MA in international political economy, and a specialization in sustainability management in social housing projects.
