HQ SUPPORT SERVICES:

Questions and assistance related to, but not limited to, food orders for group events, key requests, room reservations, assistance/guidance on reimbursements and travel, UROPS, visas, Visiting Scholars and Visiting Students — and the "Go To" people for questions you aren't sure who can assist you. They will respond to your email within 24hrs.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS:

Financial questions related to, but not limited to, payroll, student RA/TA-ships, accounts payables/receivables, account balances, student group accounts (not billing), purchase orders, vendors, etc.

RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION:

Questions and tasks related to, but not limited to, pre and post award budgets and account monitoring, sponsored account balances, proposal assistance and submissions, etc.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Questions and tasks related to, but not limited to, research promotion, website information, social media channels, etc.

STUDENT SERVICES:

Questions related to, but not limited to, the degree programs, admissions, student leaves, fellowship, RA/TA process, course scheduling, curriculum, etc.

DUSP CRON (Dept. related IT services):

Questions and assistance related to, but not limited to, computer issues, DUSP computer set-up, computer accessories, DUSP printers,  etc. They will guide you on what is a DUSP CRON services and what is an MIT IS&T Service. For evenings and weekends, please email IS&T Help Desk.
