Lucas Nassar Sousa joined SPURS/Humphrey from Ananindeua City Hall in Belem, Brazil, where he is the director of the Urban Planning Office. He is a past member of two of Ananindeua’s city councils, the City Planning Council and the Environmental Council. He has a bachelor’s in architecture and urban planning from the Universidade da Amazônia (Amazon University). His interests include land use policy and renewal of urban centers.
