Specializes in urban development and local governance, with over two decades of experience leading district administrations, municipal services companies, city development authorities, and international donor-sponsored programs in city making. 

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Aero Sciences & Humanities from University of Peshawar; Master of Arts in International Relations from University of Balochistan Quetta; Common and Specialized Training in District Management, Governance and Public Policy from Civil Services Academy Lahore; Master of Public Policy from School of Local Governance, National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies Tokyo; and Executive Master's in Cities from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
