Analía Marisa Garcia joined SPURS/Humphrey from her role as an anthropologist who specializes in the rapid urban growth and planning of emerging cities and metropolitan areas. She is the leader of urban planning for cities centered on oil and gas at the YPF Foundation in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank. She is also a researcher for the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina.
