**Effects of Climate Change Related Disasters on Housing

This research focuses on the impacts of climate change-related disasters on housing, with a particular focus on low-income renters. This research analyzes how these acute events affect housing security, specifically rents and evictions. It also seeks to design more effective policy solutions to insulate the most vulnerable from the worst impacts of climate change, analyzing, for instance, where affordable housing is built after disasters and the locational dimensions of vulnerability.
