Thabo Ncholu Stanley Makhanya
Thabo Ncholu Stanley Makhanya (Stan) is a spatial planner and civil servant in Lesotho. Makhanya currently works as a planner at the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship, Home Affairs, and Police, specializing in land use management, development control, and zoning. Makhanya's work has an emphasis on GIS and mapping strategies.
Makhanya holds a degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the National University of Lesotho.
