Sofia Garcia joined SPURS/Humphrey from her role as a social scientist and urban planner from Peru. Her practice and research focus on urban planning policy and bottom-up planning methodologies. She holds a BA in communication for development from the PUCP (Lima) and an MSc in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics.
