Namory dit Boubacar Keita

Director of Planning and Operations Control at Malian Heritage Company of Water Supply, Bamako, and former Head of the Hydraulic Studies Department. Responsible for development of master plans and control of the leasing contract in water supply. 

Holds a master's degree in Economics and International Development - Public and Private Works Management from University of Clermont Ferrand and a master's degree in Engineering from the International Institute of Water and Environment, Ouagadougou. 

At MIT, will explore strategies for sustainable groundwater extraction and financing mechanisms for drinking water projects.
