Dody Darsono

Project Supervisor at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Jakarta, Indonesia, where he provides substantive and administrative support for the sanitation program, particularly on development wastewater treatment management and assists on projects related to community-based sanitation and infrastructure to improve socio-economic conditions. Before becoming a government official, he worked in financial institutions which focus on microfinancing that supports small and medium enterprises.

 

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, University of Indonesia; Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, University of Indonesia; and Master in Public Policy with specialization in Regional Planning and Environmental Policy, Korea Development Institute School Of Public Policy and Management.  

 

Objectives while at MIT are  to enhance knowledge in land use and sanitation management, sustainable development strategy and environmental impact studies, and energy efficiency for urban infrastructure.
