Wandsworth Road: Reimagining the British High Street

The products of my research included documentation of the neighborhood via narrative writing, photography, and interactive mapping. I really valued the chance to more deeply engage with an area I know well but understand poorly. I gained a deeper appreciation of the social and economic impacts of land and housing speculation in highly globalized cities, and I enjoyed learning more about the history of London's Afro-Caribbean and Asian communities.
