Emergency Medical Services and Health Equity

The vision for this project is to identify, from the experiences of those on the frontline of health care in low-income communities, how to improve health equity, first by identifying public health issues earlier using EMS experiences and data; and second, by intervening closer to the source of the issues through a combination of community-based paramedicine and collaboration with other city agencies.
