Actualizing Institutional Change in Academic Environments: Attitudes, Rewards, & Obstacles

The project centers the attitudes, rewards, and obstacles that are associated with the Black DUSP Thesis within the department and what institutional barriers have hindered the fulfillment of specific requests and demands. The guiding themes of the research are systematic change, power structures in academic environments, communication and accountability systems, and blocks to change.
