Please join us on this Wednesday, March 8th from 12:30-2 pm in 9-451 for the first Spring 2023 session of the DUSP International Development Group (IDG) Development Studies seminar. This event is co-sponsored by the Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies (SPURS).

We are delighted to welcome Michael Woolcock, Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and Lead Social Development Specialist at the World Bank's Development Research Group. Michael will be highlighting work from some of his recent publications, especially the just-published book, International Development: Navigating Humanity's Greatest Challenge. Excerpts from the beginning and end of the book can be found here. Comments on the presentation will be provided by Jason Jackson (your’s truly) and lunch will be available for seminar attendees.

You can also join the seminar virtually here.
