Jacqueline Dufault

Jackie Dufault is the Executive Director of the Senseable City Lab. In this role, Jackie is the primary liaison for all Lab activities involving external and internal relationships. In addition, Jackie has responsibility for all administrative functions including HR, financial and general operations of the Lab.

Before coming back to MIT, Jackie was the Director of Client Relations and the Managing Director of the ICEDR Webinar Series. In this role, she ensured that sponsor company needs were reflected in the programs and online opportunities provided. Prior to ICEDR, Jackie was an Associate at MaPS (Marketing and Planning Systems), a marketing research and consulting firm, streamlining internal efficiencies for quality deliverables to clients. Prior to this she was a Client Services Manager at AIRINC (Associates for International Research), advising oil and gas companies on how best to handle expatriate assignments with regards to cost-of-living differences around the world. Jackie holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
