Emphasizes an experiential, personal skill-building approach, underpinned by foundational and cutting-edge research. Examines applications in management, public policy, social entrepreneurship, international diplomacy, and scientific discovery. Strengthens collaborative decision-making, communication, and leadership skills while enhancing students' ability to proactively frame conflicts, analyze problems, engage stakeholders, create value, negotiate agreements, and resolve disputes.
