Water Diplomacy: The Science, Policy and Politics of Managing Shared Resources

Introduces a new Water Diplomacy Framework that provies a better way to understand and resolve water resource management disputes around the world. Integrates complexity theory and multi-party negotiation theory into strategies for managing transboundary or shared water resources. Students test their understanding of these principles by preparing publishable case studies and participating in an extended negotiation simulation exercise related to boundary-crossing water problems.
