The DUSP PhD Workshop on Urban Studies and Planning is a forum for presenting and discussing research work recently completed or in progress. The workshop is rigorous, interdisciplinary, and respectful of the contributions from the various research methods used by members of the DUSP community. All speakers will circulate a draft work one week before their scheduled presentation, and should assume all attendees will review the material. The presentation will be limited to 20 or 30 minutes, with the remainder for discussion. Presenters will include DUSP PhD students, faculty, visiting scholars, and other invited guests at the discretion of the organizing committee. The focus is on cultivating scholarly exchange among DUSP PhD students. Meets every other week.
Meets on an irregular basis.
