Todd is a PhD candidate and the Assistant Director of the MIT Science Impact Collaborative. He studies governance, decision-making and institutional dynamics in light of complex environmental challenges like climate change. His dissertation work is focused on the integration of climate change adaptation into infrastructure planning and decision-making in three major port cities: Rotterdam, Singapore and New York. Todd's work involves the innovative use of role-play simulation exercises for both research and learning.
