Eric is a Ph.D. candidate in environmental policy and planning at MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning. His dissertation research looks at the multilevel politics of climate change adaptation and development planning in Indian cities. Eric also serves as a chapter scientist in Working Group II of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) Fifth Assessment Report and, for the 2013-14 academic year, is a David L. Boren Fellow at the U.S. National Security Education Program (NSEP) and a Martin Family Society Fellow for Sustainability at the MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI).
