Current Research
Financial contracts used in real estate markets. In particular, the focus is on the institutional environment of real property and its influence on the design of real estate contracts for individuals, firms, and in international markets. Other research include the determinants of international homeownership rates and the implications of homeownership for domestic labor market outcomes.
