DUSP Alum Wins National Young Talent Award in Spain

The Government of Catalonia and the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRI) have awarded the National Young Talent Award for Research to Isabelle Anguelovski (PhD 2011), Senior Researcher and Principal Investigator at the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA) within the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Isabelle Anguelovski specializes in issues of poverty and environmental inequities. The Award consists of a 10,000 Euro cash prize and encourages and acknowledges young researchers who have stood out during their professional career due to the quality and excellence of their scientific work and research. It is given once a year at the national level to a researcher working in a Spanish university.
