Allison Albericci (MCP '12) Receives 2018 Young Architects Award

Please join us in congratulating Allison Albericci (MCP '12 and S.M. Arch '12) on being named a recipient of the The American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2018 Young Architects Award!

The Young Architects Award honors individuals who have been licensed 10 years (or fewer), who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, and made significant contributions to the architecture profession early in their careers. While at MIT, Albericci focused on how technical change - in the form of the technological transformation of consumer behaviors, products, services, entertainment, and information - impact the incorporation of sustainable urbanism. Her thesis explores this topic in prototype proposals for the city of Puebla, a full copy is available from MIT Libraries here.
