Judy Geyer

Dr. Judy Geyer is an economist specializing in applied econometric methods and policy analysis, including the analyzing the dynamics of participation in social programs, the outcomes of housing subsidy and housing counseling programs, and exploring market and behavioral responses to incentive mechanisms. She is currently an Associate and Research Scientist at Abt Associates. Dr. Geyer holds a Ph.D. in economics from Carnegie Mellon University. She has previously worked as an adjunct instructor at Tufts University and Carnegie Mellon.
