Working with the MIT Program in Human Rights and Justice, DUSP Professor Larry Susskind and doctoral candidate Isabelle Anguelovski have prepared a report entitled "Addressing the Land Claims of Indigenous Peoples." The paper explores 14 case studies to understand the strategies and preconditions for effectively resolving these indigenous land claims.
